Süd’s Motor Car Company, Inc. was founded in April, 1986 under the North Carolina Corporation law, and domesticated in Illinois when it was approved to become the authorized Mercedes-Benz and Volvo dealer in the greater Bloomington-Normal area. It started its operation on May 13 th, 1986. Volkswagen and Audi were added on January 1, 1989, and Subaru on September 2, 1991. Süd’s also sells and services Lincoln and Mercury products.

We moved into a new, state of the art facility at 1430 Ft. Jesse Road in Normal, Illinois on September 2, 1991. We serve customers in central Illinois.

Our motto is “Süd’s At Your Service”. We try to make it more than just a slogan. We offer complimentary breakfast and free wifi Internet while you are waiting for your vehicle.
